1  cup
  quick oats
3/4  cup
  unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3  cup
  flax meal
2  Tbsp.
  almond butter
2  Tbsp.
  whey protein powder
1  Tbsp.
  coconut oil
2  Tbsp.
  honey
2  Tbsp.
  peanut butter
1/2  cup
  semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:  
Combine oats, coconut, flax meal, almond butter, protein powder, coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter in a food processor and pulse until combined - about 15 to 20 pulses should do. Everything should be combined and when you pinch the "dough" it should stick together lightly. Pour into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips. Place in a plastic bag and top your yogurt or cottage cheese.
